I'm a bookworm, book addict, bookaholic... I never leave the house without a book. A person that
cannot ever 'just walk past a book shop' ...it is rude not to go in right? I spend as much time as possible with my head stuck in a book! I live my life vicariously through thrillers, romance, middle-grade, and contemporary fiction with sprinkles of non-fiction, classics and YA.  

I created this blog to share my love of books on here you will find reviews, author spotlight, thriller Thursdays, feel-good Fridays and all other book-related thoughts, if that sounds right up your street you, grab a cuppa, sit down and have a look around - hopefully you'll like what you see.

Favourite book? That is far too hard! - Please don't make me pick, there are just far too many brilliant ones out there. I suppose at a push I could narrow it down to like a top 10 but in no particular order... PS I Love You by Cecelia Ahern, Murder on the Orient Express by the undisputed Queen of Crime Agatha Christie, Noughts & Crosses by Malorie Blackman, One By One by Chris Carter, Three Hours by Rosamund Lupton, The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair by Joel Dicker, The Flatshare by Beth O'Leary, The Ice Cream Girls by Dorothy Koomson, A Study in Scarlet by Arthur Conan Doyle & The Puppet Show by M. W. Craven. Disclaimer: this list is not set in stone and is subject to change depending on the mood, day of the week and new releases.

Typical outfit: Pyjamas are my absolute favourite but sadly it isn't socially acceptable to go outside in them, so typically you'll find me wearing a dress! 👗

Favourite flower: Sunflowers or peonies, see I am very indecisive!

Remedy for a tough day: A bubble bath, a glass of wine and a book of course.

Favourite reading spot: It has to be my cosy reading space, I made it last year & it's my favourite place in the house.
