Emily’s Struggling To Find Romance Online. Will Ditching The Dating Apps Lead To True Love?
Online dating isn’t working for introvert Emily. Although she’s comfortable swiping right at home in her PJs, the idea of going out to meet a guy in person fills her with dread.
So when her best friend challenges her to ditch the apps, attend a load of awkward singles’ events and find love in real life, Emily wants to run for the hills.
Then she meets Josh. He’s handsome, kind and funny, but Emily’s had her heart crushed before and knows he's hiding something…
Is Josh too good to be true? Can Emily learn to trust again and if she does, will it lead to love or more heartache?
Review
Hilarious, sexy-romp with heart!
I adored the relationship Emily has with her best friend Chloe and the overall premise of this novel. Nothing in life goes smoothly but Chloe challenges her friend to stop hiding behind her computer screen and step into the real world of dating. Emily reluctantly agrees to the challenge of two weeks dating in real life where she experiences the good, the bad and the downright cringe-worthy. Some of the situations Emily found herself in were laugh-out-loud!
....will any Emily's dating adventures lead to real love?
It missed out on 5⭐ because Josh (the love interests) backstory seemed too far-fetched. That being said, I still adored this entertaining read! - It's the perfect reminder in this digital-age to switch off sometimes, to get out there and enjoy the real world.
Thanks to Olivia Spring for sending me this in exchange for an open and honest review.
