Dr Cassandra Coburn | Enough. | Out Now | Review | Blog Tour

What it's about:
Enough. uses the latest scientific research to address the vital question: can we provide a growing population with a healthy diet from sustainable food systems? The answer is yes and this book shows exactly how we can tackle the challenge.

"We cannot fix every problem by changing our food choices. But just by starting to eat as the planetary health diet recommends will have an enormous real impact."

What I thought:  I read a chapter of this book a day, it is informative without being preachy, it is funny & it explores the science behind it with convincing arguments without becoming dense.

I think this is a must-read for everyone who wants to make a positive impact on their health & the planet by making conscious decisions about what they eat. Packed with achievable, immediate & practical steps to be the change. It is certainly one I will refer back to when building my shopping list/recipes to eat for the week.

A hopeful outlook for the future, which is a rare but very welcome addition when reading a book about climate change.

What I'll take away: Small change is a start, simply swapping to brown carbohydrates from white is a step in the right direction.

"We must be patient and impatient with ourselves as we learn how to eat for all the tomorrows."
